The field of real estate e-marketing continues to grow across the world, said Prof Estate CEO and Co-Founder Andrzej Olejnik, who added that the real estate market is taking an increasing share in digital marketing which will push for buying and selling in the market.
During his speech on the second day of the CityScape Egypt conference, Olejnik said that the dependence of many countries on electronic marketing in the real estate industry helped in the activation of buying and selling.
He said this is in light of a decreased reliance on traditional methods and mechanisms in marketing real estate projects through outdoor, television, or in printed material ads. Olejnik said these methods are no longer useful.
Prof Estate has advanced websites that support real estate developers across the world in being able to access information, said Olejnik, who added that while the company only owns offices in five countries, it can communicate through its websites with a large number of real estate investors.
Olejnik pointed out that the activity of buying and selling in the real estate market is one of the most difficult commercial activities the consumers carry out. It requires supporting these consumers with a range of accurate data and information as well as raising awareness among consumer segments, in addition to publishing data about the real estate market, said the Prof Estate CEO.
