Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance (EPROM) received two offers to operate natural gas production and processing at Ciba field in Iraq, as well as the operation and maintenance of industrial water treatment units at Al-Zour field in Kuwait.
EPROM Chairperson and CEO Amgad El-Ahmady said that the company has signed memoranda of understanding and technical cooperation with some international companies specialised in various petroleum fields to enhance cooperation and technical integration between them.
He explained that EPROM was able to develop the performance and raise the competencies of different production units in the Middle East Oil Refinery (Midor) laboratory and provide technical support to the new expansion projects of Midor lab.
The company also contributed to achieving the highest performance rates to increase production and maintain assets and equipment of the Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene company (ELAB) and the Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC).
He added that the company is also providing technical support for an Egyptian Refining Company project under implementation in Mostorod, in addition to the management of berths in Dekheila and Alexandria ports to carry out operations of tanker loading and unloading of various petroleum products.
The company also provides support and technical services to companies inside and outside the sector, such as Alexandria Carbon Black Company, Sidi Krir for power generation, Chevron, Sonker Bunkering Company, Egyptian Ethylene and Derivatives Company (ETHYDCO), Khalda Petroleum Company, Amreya Petroleum Refining Company, Egyptian Fertilisers Company (EFC), Abu Qir Petroleum Company, Assiut Oil Refining Company (ASORC), and Suez Oil Processing Company.
