Raya Contact Centre announced on Wednesday the signing of a three-year contract with the world’s largest fast food providers, which the company didn’t disclose.
The contract included the addition of a third operations and communications hub to one of the company’s strategic markets in the Middle East.
Reem Asaad, CEO and board member of Raya Contact Centre, said, “this partnership is a significant addition to the existing Raya Contact Centre Services portfolio in the operations department of many partners across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, and to enhance the confidence of our customers, it helps us expand our services and enhance the geographical coverage of many markets in the region, especially in the Middle East, which is our ideal area for future growth.”
On the other hand, the company announced the completion of the second phase of the expansion of the company’s outsourcing services centre in the Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ) in the United Arab Emirates. The new expansion adds 160 additional seats, contributing to approximately 350 seats as total work capacity in the DOZ.
