Coldwell Banker Egypt has announced the launch of its privilege programme, CB star Club, for the first time in Egypt.
The new service provides the company’s customers with exclusive offerings from various vendors, covering all home needs such as financials, designs, finishing and furnishing, appliances, and insurance.
These will be offered through exclusive interest rates, distinct discounts, and multiple instalment services that suit all customer segments. The programme’s philosophy aims to serve customers from the moment of purchasing their unit until they occupy it.
Mohamed Saada, Deputy CEO and Vice Chairperson of Coldwell Banker Egypt, said, “The CB star Club programme aims to revolutionise the traditional concept of the real estate sector, and keep pace with the rapid development happening in the Egyptian market.”
He added, “In fact, the conditions for participating in the new CB star Club programme entails that the subscriber should be a customer of Coldwell Banker Egypt, and the purchased units should be in one of the real estate projects that the company cooperates with.”
Karim Zain, CEO of Coldwell Banker Egypt, said, “As a global company, we are always keen to accommodate to the rapid change of customer’s needs, especially in a promising market such as the Egyptian one.”
