Egypt’s real estate developer SODIC and the office furniture manufacturer Mobica are partnering to bring a new office concept to the market.
The concept entails offering offices and work spaces developed and finished by SODIC, fully furnished with Mobica’s quality furniture – all on lease basis.
This plug and play concept enables clients to start their business with no initial investment, making for an accessible, efficient and hassle-free experience.
Custom designed to fit each unique client’s needs, the new concept allows clients the freedom to choose their tailored layouts and preferred interior look and feel. The wide range of office sizes and innovative young furniture designs at cost-competitive prices will successfully cater to the taste and needs of a wide segment of office seekers.

The new solution will debut at The Portal Business Park in SODIC West, and is planned to be offered across all SODIC commercial projects at a later stage. The Portal Business Park is ideally located at the centre of SODIC West, surrounded by established retail, entertainment and commercial venues. The Portal includes over 30,000 sqm of Class A office space and ground-level retail.
